Gloria is our in-house baker at the Hub and is responsible for all the delicious cakes and bakes that we serve in the café. She is also the founder of Madebyflour, which sees her run cooking classes face-to-face and online for keen amateur bakers all over the UK!

These classes are suitable for all levels of experience. Classes will last approximately 2 hours. Recipes in the class include gluten, eggs, and dairy.
