Gloria, our in-house Italian baker at the Hub, is an expert pasta maker and founder of Madebyflour, which sees her running cooking classes face-to-face and online for keen amateur pasta makers all over the UK (and beyond)!
Her true passion for homemade pasta has made her travel around Italy to discover all the secrets of this ancient art.
With her hands-on class she will take you on that culinary journey and teach you how to easily make authentic pasta from scratch.
At the end of the lesson, we will enjoy together at the Hub our freshly made pasta, served with the most authentic Bolognese sauce (vegetarian “Traditional Pesto” or “Tomato Sauce”options available). One soft drink of your choice is included, but if you would like a glass of fizz please feel free to bring your own booze!
You will also take home with you two portions of pasta and its traditional Italian recipe with all the secrets!
The class will last approximately 2 hours. The lesson is suitable for all levels of experience.
Recipes in the class include gluten and eggs.
