Parmesan Chicken Nuggets
Ingredients
- 50g breadcrumbs
- 1x tablespoon mixed herbs
- 1x tablespoon parmesan
- 2x chicken breasts
- 1x tablespoon plain flour
- 1x egg (beaten)
Method

- Preheat the oven to 200°. Combine parmesan, mixed herbs and breadcrumbs.
- Cut chicken breasts into bitesize pieces.
- Layout 3 bowls. One with the flour in it, one with the beaten egg in it and one with the breadcrumb mixture in it.
- Dip the pieces of chicken into the flour first, then the egg, then the breadcrumbs. Make sure they are well coated. Place the chicken onto a sheet of foil on a baking tray.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Serve with potato wedges.
