Parmesan Chicken Nuggets


  • 50g breadcrumbs
  • 1x tablespoon mixed herbs
  • 1x tablespoon parmesan
  • 2x chicken breasts
  • 1x tablespoon plain flour
  • 1x egg (beaten)


    1. Preheat the oven to 200°. Combine parmesan, mixed herbs and breadcrumbs.
    2. Cut chicken breasts into bitesize pieces.
    3. Layout 3 bowls. One with the flour in it, one with the beaten egg in it and one with the breadcrumb mixture in it.
    4. Dip the pieces of chicken into the flour first, then the egg, then the breadcrumbs. Make sure they are well coated. Place the chicken onto a sheet of foil on a baking tray.
    5. Bake for 20 minutes.
    6. Serve with potato wedges.
