Potato Wedges
Ingredients
- 3 large potatoes
- Oil
- Black pepper
- Chilli flakes
Method

- Preheat the oven to 200°. Slice the potatoes into wedges. Add the wedges and a couple tablespoons of oil to a bowl along with black pepper and chilli flakes to tase. Mix well.
- Transfer to a baking tray and cook for around 30 minutes. Give them a shake halfway through.
